Summary
This applies to friendly-apps.de with all subdomains (e.g. dev-pe, dash, login, preview, git), unfoldingseed.org and every other address of this Gwydion installation. The platform runs on our own server (hosted by IONOS SE, Montabaur; DNS by STRATO AG, Berlin — both processors under Art. 28 GDPR) and loads nothing from third parties; external content appears only after a click. Each request is processed (IP address, time, address, status, browser identifier) to deliver the page and protect it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Visitors without login get an anonymous keyed hash, rotated every 7 days, and the cookie `gwydion_anon` (7 days). Signing in uses our own login service (Keycloak) with the cookies `gwydion_session` and `gwydion_csrf`, strictly necessary (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Content you save stays private until you share it. Wishes, error reports, project ideas and workshop requests can be sent without an account: only your text, the page and the kind of device are kept (no name, no IP address) until whoever looks after the page releases or declines it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); an e-mail address you give voluntarily is used only to answer you, seen by that person and, technically, by the platform's (GDS) administrators only as far as operation, security and backups need it, and deleted once the note is decided (copies in backups go with their regular renewal) (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, revocable at any time). Language and appearance may be kept in your browser's local storage. AI features are optional; before data leaves our server the platform says where and asks. You have the rights of Art. 15–18, 20 and 21 GDPR and may complain to a supervisory authority (e.g. ULD Schleswig-Holstein). The German version is binding. As of 2026-10-19.
